Do you ever have situation ,when you customer asking about a engine oil pan or take a oil sump to your company ,it was a use one and seem like the old grandfather.
A lot of customer ask the OEM no for the oil pan or show the photos with engine oil pan ,however I cant find it ,because the engine they ask had a lot history ,If the volume for the oil pan was not big huge to support for development ,such as we just need about 200-1000pcs once a year .We have the good news for you now.

Most of the oil pan was produce by steel ,to be exactly it should be stamping engine steel oil pan or sump.
We all love our cars and want to keep it at very good condition ,however we cant find the part we need in very good condition or the new part for our car ,truck ,pickup ......

Here we offer a solution for the engine oil pan ,we will make it by stamping steel to the aluminum casting oil pan .Let me give out a case for how we make it from the stamping steel oil pan to aluminum casting oil pan.

1.The first things once we get the oil pan was transfer it to the 3D drawing or blueprint or something else with data in computer

We use the scanner to transfer the data to the computer and edit it by solidwork ,ug ,catia,
Prepare a file as by xxxx.Stp or something can share with our customer .
The first step was read the data from the original pan and edit it on the computer

2.Due to the thickness of the casting pan was different with the steel oil pan ,so the first step for us to make it was test the fitment for the pan .

Thanks for the 3D print technical,after we completed with the 3D casting drawing for the oil pan ,we will make it with the plastic 3D print for the oil pan or oil sump .
3.Customer 440 source help us to confirm the fitment of the pan so that we can kick off the casting mold for the oil pan .
