Seamless steel tube pipe raw material inspection
These pipes are 35mm to 60mm in diameter and are manufactured from stainless steel or mild steel with coating. They carry pressurised air from the compression system to the intake manifold and feature brazed on hydro-formed acoustic resonators to reduce noise transferring to the cabin space.
These pipes range 35mm to 60mm in diameter and can be supplied in coated mild steel or stainless steel materials with welded mounting brackets attached. They can also feature silicone hoses due to the aggressive nature of the gases that they carry.

These assemblies are designed for checking the oil level within the sump. They are often routed within very tight package spaces and consist of a metal guide tube with jointed bracket and an indicator blade for measuring the oil level.
These pipes range from 8mm up to 30mm in diameter and are manufactured in aluminium or coated mild steel. They are designed to transfer coolant around the engine and feature flexible rubber hoses and quick connector type end forms for ease of access during vehicle service.
These pipes are usually manufactured in aluminium to allow for weight saving on the vehicle and can allow for routing in both tight package spaces and high temperature environments. The systems are often very complex multi tube assemblies which include EPDM hoses, brazed sub-tube joints and welded mounting brackets.
Manufactured in both coated mild steel and stainless steel materials, these systems normally have feed and return assemblies which keep the turbo cool preventing it from reaching extreme temperatures. Often featuring brazed banjo fittings, machined end connector and hose assemblies these pipes are designed to be routed into very tight package spaces within the engine.
Designed to return oil from the turbo charger to the sump, these pipes can interface with the turbo at temperatures of up to 320ºc which require O-Ring seals manufactured from specialist high temperature materials. They can include hydro-formed bellows sections to give flexibility within the pipe to allow for compliance and ease of assembly at our customer's plants.

To improve the engine coolant system performance we imporve the plastic thermostat housing into the metal,aluminum casting cap.the lower upper rubber radiator hose all connect system into the metal or the aluminum pipe tube

The water's path in the cylinder take away the heat.water tank is store water until temperature of cylinder reaches to certain temperature and the thermostat will automatically turn on the pump and then the water will be circulated to the cylinder and then there is an upper pipe to transfer the spare water to the cylinder and the cylinder to the water tank by the ISUZU NKR Cylinder Inlet Pipe.
